Poughkeepsie, NY – July 16, 2012– Uncovering that happier, healthier you isn’t easy. But Health Quest can help with the latest surgical techniques, nutritional counseling, support programs and informative seminars. The first step on the road to a new you is attending our upcoming weight loss surgery seminars. These free seminars are moderated by weight loss surgeons Dr. Thomas Cerabona, Dr. Ashutosh Kaul and Dr. Anthony Maffei, and are a chance for you to learn more about weight loss surgery, with no commitment.
Walk-ins are welcome and the seminars are free of charge. Educational seminars and support groups will be held in the lower level of the Camarda Care Center in the Michael T. Weber Conference Rooms at Putnam Hospital Center (PHC), Conference Room B at Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VBMC) with free valet parking, and at the Montgomery St. Health Annex at Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH).
Community Educational Seminars: August 7 at 5:00pm (VBMC), August 14 at 4:30pm (PHC), September 4 at 4:30pm (PHC), September 11 at 5:00pm (VBMC), and September 18 at 4:30pm (PHC)
Support Groups: August 7 at 7:00pm (NDH), August 28 at 6:00pm (PHC), September 4 at 7:00pm (NDH), and September 18 at 6:00pm (PHC)
