Poughkeepsie, NY – January 25, 2012 – Dr. Meredith B. McDowell has joined the Health Quest Medical Practice Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She will be working with Dr. Ely Nathan and Dr. Dean Bloch in the Rhinebeck and Kingston offices located at 6511 Springbrook Avenue, West Wing, Suite 103 in Rhinebeck and 166 Albany Avenue in Kingston.

Dr. McDowell received her bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and completed her medical degree and residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. She was previously affiliated with UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, New York. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
