Hudson Valley Home Care is a Licensed Home Care Agency serving Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster, and Orange Counties. We are a Medicare Certified Agency serving Dutchess County.  We provide multidisciplinary services to a wide population from infants to the geriatric population.  Our hiring process adheres to a comprehensive screening process and we pursue continuous quality improvement through in-home supervision and annual performance evaluations.  We also provide in service education to maintain high standards of staff development.  

Hudson Valley Home Care is affiliated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and are subject to an unannounced agency survey at anytime during our accreditation period. Hudson Valley Home Care successfully completed a Joint Commission survey in September, 2007
