VBMC to Offer Congestive Heart Failure Information Sessions

Poughkeepsie, NY – November 9, 2011 –Vassar Brothers Medical Center is offering a new program for individuals diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The program, entitled “Conversations about Congestive Heart Failure for Patients and Families,” will include information, education and treatment options as well as support. Physicians, nurses and other experts will join the discussion and be available to answer specific questions.
Sessions will be held on November 11th and 18th from noon-1pm in Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Conference Room B. Please call (845) 437-3115 for more information.
